The Executive Director decided I cried and was to emotional when we were told we wouldn't be traveling for our son that the family came back.
If you read the entire "story" you would see that the meeting was taped. The Executive Director is being investigated by the state at risk of loosing her license as well as her job.
No child is ever "yours". We were waiting to travel to Korea so that is damn close to done.
I have learned much about Holt.
